General Rules

  • The classes will be held from Sunday to Friday (from 9.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.).
  • The school will be closed on Government holidays, Dashain, tihar and winter vacations.
  • No students will be allowed to leave the school premises without taking permission from the school administration.
  • The students are not allowed to wear/use ornaments and valuable things inside school premises. Further, the school will not be responsible for any loss of such things.
  • Prior information from the parents/Guardians is a must in case the student is absent in the school.
  • The Transfer certificate, if necessary, is provided only after the end of the academic session.
  • The day boarding and hostel students will be adhered to various other rules and regulations set by the school and hostel administration.

    • Financial Rules

    Tuition fees will be charged for all the months of an academic year.
    Monthly fees of a month should be paid by 7th of next Nepali calendar month. If not, a fine of Rs. 10.00 per day will be charged for the first 10 days and the fine will be doubled after the first 10 days.
    No reduction of tuition and transportation fees will be done for the period of vacation and absence.

    School Uniform

    School uniform is compulsory for all the students. The detailed information is as follows:
    Sunday,Monday, Wednesday: White shirt, Blue pant/skirt,Tie, Belt, Blue socks and Black leather shoes.
    Tuesday, Thursday: Track suit, White socks and shoes.
    Friday: House shirt, White pant/skirt,belt, white socks and shoes.
